Iñigo is the motivation and enthusiasm behind ieTeam. He helps us achieve our dreams. An energetic soul who enjoys exploring new paths, he is ever fearless and reaches for the stars. He spearheads our team, is the reference for our brand and the engine that drives us. Omnipresent and versatile, he always has his eye on the market, the clients and the team.

Aitor is pure optimism, he is down-to-earth and has excellent people skills. He is a person that everyone enjoys working with. Meticulous at best, he takes care of all the details and does not miss anything. He loves to explore other cultures, immersing himself and adapting to them... Best of all, it is effortless for him...

The guardian of our brand! Ana is energy and she spreads it to the whole team from the moment she sets foot in the office. Her determination, drive and decisiveness motivates the team and gets everything into the hands of the clients on time. Without her, nothing would be the same...

When Leire appears, she lights up the office. Always ready to learn, to undertake new projects... Her years of experience and boundless energy have shown us that anyone who wants something enough can achieve it. Her flexibility and adaptability on a day-to-day basis to cater to clients from around the world are her indelible and distinctive hallmarks.

Iñaki is our master mountaineer and cyclist from Lazkao. He came to ieTeam to launch a new sector and transform ideas into business. Although he drives us crazy with his startup-era jargon, and he is an Athletic supporter, he makes up for this with his collaborative attitude and team spirit.

Iñaki is the embodiment of experience and purpose. He looks like a tough guy but he goes out of his way for people and their projects. He has the courage of his convictions, is passionate about consulting and comes to work every day wanting to add value, to support, to teach and learn with his colleagues and clients. We love having him on our team.

She is Pure ieTeam, with her experience, poise and attitude. She converts data into information and information into results. Always smiling, she gives us a different perspective, proposing new ideas, improvements and actions that impress us on a daily basis. Her positive energy and proactive attitude coupled with business intelligence add a differential value to all our projects.

Our mother. She brings serenity in moments of tension, is always patient and always there. Despite being a person of few words, she works in silence and achieves magnificent results. The best thing about her is that she never boasts about it. She is the embodiment of simplicity as a virtue...

Maria is the first face we see when we enter the office and the one who says good morning to everyone... Daily, she applies the same dose of character as she does in her organization and thoroughness. She is the one who always knows where it's at... she could organise anything from a gourmet meal to a Tamborrada... after all, she's a salsa dancer!

Desire is power, her desire and natural strength allow her to develop day-by-day. Transparent and direct, she always shares her opinions and makes her numerous resources available to the team. Her position as a wing player in water polo makes her attentive to all the details and she does not let us get distracted for even a second.

Our Maitte! Our Maitte is the most discreet girl in the office, she is quiet yet brings a lot to the table, and on top of that, she always has an objective and decisive approach. Always professional at work and fun outside of work, all of us love having her around, all the time!

We can say that when Mattin arrives at the office, so does his sense of humor and good vibes. Sociable and always ready to help his colleagues and to participate in any project in which he can contribute his grain of sand. He just arrived from Germany and for him there are no borders in any sense... he develops an internationalization plan for a company in the Basque Country as well as for one on the other side of the world.

Over time and through his good work, he has earned the trust of clients, becoming a reference person in the team. Her desire to grow, solidarity and uncontrollable laughter at bad jokes make us always want to be around her.

Oihane is humble and modest and gives 100% to every project until it comes to fruition. When he lets go, he is plenty of fun, and reveals his flamenco side.

Dedicated to his work, he possesses boundless tenacity. When you first meet Javi, he appears shy, serious and reserved... But give him a little time and you will see a different side of him.

Rokso is equal parts commitment and good vibes. Despite her youth, she is a determined, very positive person who is constantly absorbing new information to keep growing. That's Rokso! Always ready to help.

We knew from the first day our Navarrese arrived that he was here to stay. He absorbs, transfers and transmits his knowledge. A nonconformist by nature, he is a passionate defender of his ideas and opinions.

He is the perfect mix of youth and confidence. Every day, he surprises you with his business vision for each startup. Relentless with deadlines. His distinctive feature: his ponytail.

Javi came from Bilbao to grow the ieTeam in Bizkaia. His experience in the selection of people and head-hunting, together with his personality, enthusiasm for the project and his presence, give us peace of mind that on the other side of the A-8 we have a real ieTeam-er.

Our Tere begins her journey as an ieTeamer in Italy, where we confirm that she has come to stay with us, this time, in Bizkaia. It is here that we realise that her addiction to coffee is no less than her passion for new experiences, and that her initiative is reflected both in the way she works and in her ability to sign up for a bombing outside the office!

Our voice of experience. Our teacher. Without a doubt, Joseba is our source of wisdom. He is the most senior member of our team, but that doesn't mean he doesn't work every day with the same passion and energy as our most junior consultant. Despite her long career in the world of people management, she continues to treat each new project with colossal enthusiasm, excitement and affection. Because... there is no project he can't handle!

Julen is our professional aizkolari, there is no log that can resist him! When a selection process falls into his hands, he treats each professional with care to ensure an impeccable job. He loves good food and as a good Biscayan, he is loyal to the red and white colors.

Elegance personified, Amaia is also a refuge in the office. In addition to being an exceptional colleague, she is a great friend, who stands out for her listening skills, empathy and temperance. These are just a few of the attributes that are also reflected in her day-to-day work, not to mention her people skills, style and laughter, which are so characteristic and contagious.

A Frenchwoman with a Basque sense of humour, she is a professional who knows how to adapt to the client whatever their nationality. With Caroline, long days at the office are much more enjoyable. An avid surfer, with a hint of hippie.

From the first day she arrived, she was plunged in the deep end and has only grown from there. Willing to give it her all... in an organized manner!

Our Katta is the greenest girl in the office. She started with internships and in a short period, we realized that despite her youth, She exudes maturity and poise and is committed to the team and the clients... She never leaves anything unfinished and is always in a good mood with a bright smile.
