We are currently looking for a Technical Customer Service Manager with solid experience in the chemical sector at our offices in Tolosa (Gipuzkoa). What would fit well with Munksjö in the position of Technical Customer Service Manager? - Munksjö is investing heavily in talent and relies more on values than skills. However, a strong scientific background would greatly support the application and serve the paper manufacturing industry by understanding each process and technology. - A Technical Customer Service Manager will operate in a multicultural context interacting not only with different customer locations, but also internally through their global network. Therefore, any language will be more than welcome, with English being a must. What responsibilities will the successful candidate take on? - Translate any technical needs of the market into solutions for their industrial sites. - Promote and develop innovation through technical benchmarking and openness, through collaboration with the high level R&D Centre. - Support a specific customer portfolio based on different Munksjö products. - Support your customer in any technical issues (quality, development, adjustment...).
