Your profile • You have successfully completed a degree in electrical engineering (preferred) or mechanical/mechatronic engineering or a comparable qualification in rotating equipment. • You have already gained professional, technical experience dealing with rotating equipment, electrical drives (e.g. electrical motors, VFDs, speed variation systems, etc) • You ideally bring experience in the energy production and/or oil & gas business, and/or EPC contracts, and as a plus project management and risk management skills • User skills in the common MS Office programs. Sales force, MS Project or SAP are desirable but not must • Fluent written and spoken English is required, German language skills are an advantage but no must. • Your independent, structured, and systematic way of working is rounded off by your customer and solutions orientation and service mentality. Your tasks: • You will be part of the global retrofit team • You will provide regional technical consultancy services to end users (Oil and Gas) regarding complete conversions (e. g.dismantling and installations works) • You will perform retrofit assessments (electrical, mechanical, construction), and conduct feasibility studies, TCO & energy saving calculations • You will be working on the preparation of specifications, proposals and EPCM contracts in close collaboration with the customers, subcontractors, regional service sales • You will be building up regional know-how and sub-supplier/partner networks (e.g. civil works, mechanical and electrical works, and engineering) needed for Retrofit projects • You will be technically supporting both the project development phase as well as the contract negotiation phase. • You will take over the project management for the execution of regional Retrofit projects, in conjunction of the existing sub-suppliers/partner network If you're interested in this opportunity, don't hesitate to send us your application.
